GCS Certification Marks

Each certified client will be provided with a copy of the GCS Certification Mark along with rules governing its use. The GCS name, Certification Mark and reference to the Certification Standard can be used in the clients’ publications and advertising materials in relation to their scope of certification as long as there is no confusion between certified and non-certified systems, processes or sites.

Impartiality, Complaints and Appeals

GCS recognises the importance of impartiality and maintains its responsibility and reporting structure to manage any conflicts of interest and ensure the objectivity of its activities.

To ensure impartiality, GCS does not offer or provide to its accredited certification clients:

  • Services that it certifies others to perform.

  • Consulting services to obtain or maintain certification of quality management systems.

  • Services to design, implement or maintain quality management systems.

If you require detail of our Complaints and Appeals handling process, our methods for managing Impartiality, or a copy of our Certification Process and Conditions please contact us.

GCS is accredited by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) to certify management systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. To view our accreditation details or a complete list of the GCS Certified Clients, please refer to the JAS-ANZ Register
